Between Turkey and Pumpkin Pie

Nothing like a walk in cold, windy, rainy weather after mounded plates of turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce and veggies. Such a walk clears the head and is supposed to be a healthy thing to do before indulging in wide pieces of pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream and freshly brewed coffee.
And now we three all sit with our lap tops, conversing, and checking out all sorts of things on-line. How 2011 of us.
Thanks, Mary and Queta for a fine Thanksgiving repast. Brussels spouts sauteed with mustard and maple syrup and eaten with thick slices of smoked turkey - hmmm, a standout.
